1. ID Verification:
   All travelers must present a valid Government-issued ID before boarding. No traveler will be allowed to board without proper ID verification.

2. Booking Transfer:
   Transfer of bookings is strictly prohibited. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.

3. Non-Refundable Inclusions:
   No refunds will be issued for any inclusions or services that are not availed by the client during the trip.

4. Luggage Responsibility:
   Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings throughout the trip. MakeBeTrip will not be liable for any loss or damage.

5. Liability for Missing Items:
   The management is not responsible for any damage or missing items during the tour. Please ensure to keep your belongings secure.

6. Departure Time:
   The departure time is fixed and non-negotiable. Travelers must report to the designated pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Failure to do so will result in missing the trip with no refund.

7. Air Conditioning:
   The air conditioning will be switched off while traveling in hilly areas. The driver reserves the right to switch off the AC for safety or comfort reasons on uneven and hazardous routes.

8. Punctuality:
   All travelers must be on time. If you miss the bus, no refund will be provided. We will make two calls before departure as a reminder.

9. Alcohol & Smoking:
   Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trip to maintain a pleasant and safe environment for all travelers.

10. Misconduct:
    Any act of misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated. MakeBeTrip aims to provide a harmonious and memorable travel experience for everyone.

11. Force Majeure:
    MakeBeTrip will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, breakdowns, weather conditions, political closures, or any other incidents beyond our control.

12. Insurance:
    MakeBeTrip does not provide any insurance coverage for sickness, accidents, or loss of belongings. We recommend that travelers secure their own travel insurance.

13. Changes to Itinerary:
    The itinerary may be subject to changes due to factors such as weather, road conditions, or the physical ability of participants. MakeBeTrip reserves the right to alter the itinerary to ensure the safety and comfort of all travelers.

14. Hotel Changes:
    In the event that a hotel is unavailable at the time of check-in, MakeBeTrip will arrange for accommodation in a similar hotel of the same category. Any changes to hotel arrangements will be communicated to travelers in advance.

Right to Alter Schedule:
In the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being, MakeBeTrip reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or itinerary without prior notice.
