Cancellation Policy: Make Be Trip
At Make Be Trip, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
1. Cancellation by Customer
Flight Bookings: Cancellation policies vary based on the airline’s terms and conditions. Any cancellation fees imposed by the airline will apply.
Hotel Bookings: Cancellation charges depend on the hotel’s policy and the booking type (refundable or non-refundable).
Tour Packages:
More than 30 days before departure – 10% cancellation fee
15 to 30 days before departure – 25% cancellation fee
7 to 14 days before departure – 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before departure – No refund
Visa Services: Visa application fees are non-refundable once the process has begun.
Car Rentals & Transfers: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to full charges.
2. Cancellation by Make Be Trip
If Make Be Trip cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer:
A full refund (excluding third-party service provider charges).
An option to reschedule without additional charges (subject to availability).
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
Transaction and service fees are non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to show up for a booked service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
5. Modification Policy
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per service provider policies.
